- • The room was not cleaned throughout the entire 7-day stay. No change of towels. I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. We preferred to leave after 5 nights
I had such a lovely stay in Chefchaouen. The riad was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good. I also loved the atmosphere and the beauty of the city — it made the whole stay even more special. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. I would definitely love to come back! 💙

- • Our experience was quite disappointing. The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom and, specifically, the shower. And nothing to say about the carpets... and because there is very little light, otherwise, you would see the dirt better. In addition, at the reception, there was practically no attention: they did not explain anything to us, they did not even provide us with the wifi or recommend places to visit. Communication was practically non-existent, even though my partner spoke the language. Another important point is the issue of parking. They informed us that there was a nearby parking lot, in a hotel in the area, but it is not true that it is a real option for parking. The parking lot is very small and is practically intended for guests of that hotel, so there are no spaces available. The nearest parking lots are quite far away and, in addition, the hotel is located in an area with quite a slope. We had to take a taxi, and in fact, the taxi driver himself told us that this hotel usually tells customers that there is easy parking at the nearby hotel when it is not the case. Furthermore, that taxi driver was a good man and took us there. Because we asked several taxis that passed by there, and they all said they wouldn't take us. We had booked two nights, but after the first one, we decided to leave. One night was more than enough. An experience that we would definitely not repeat or recommend.

- • The room had no windows, only a small one facing an interior staircase. Breakfast is paid, there are better options in the area's restaurants.
