- • The shower that couldn't be hung to shower and the faucet handle that was a very long and thin stick, if it hits your eye, it blinds you. The toilet is super high and mind you, I am 1.67 meters tall.

- • We booked 4 nights and didn't get fresh towels a single time. Not even upon request. The staff was extremely condescending and overall unfriendly after the second request. The breakfast rolls were old, almost inedible.
The accommodation is amazing, but be careful with the reservation management

- • Upon arriving at reception, they told us that it was not reflected in the reservation that we were coming with children (which was perfectly reflected in mine). This caused a delay of an hour and a half in giving us the room because we arrived at 7 in the evening and the cleaning service had already finished. The receptionist had to make the beds for us (which she did very well), but it's true that we came from the car with the children and were looking forward to arriving, so this inconvenience surprised us.
