Surely if I return to Osaka I will stay in the same place.
The location is perfect, it's close to Dotonbori and several metro stations that allow you to move easily around the city and even go to Kyoto quickly and comfortably.

- • The bed was not made when we arrived, the quilt was a bit dirty, and the outer bed cushions as well. The ceiling lamp has a cord that is a bit annoying, as you hit it unintentionally.
Three days in Kyoto
The location is perfect. The Double bed room is great. Washing machine is a great benefit. Later check-out is possible. Have a meal at Kotora 15m near the hotel is a must-have.

- • The room is noisy because a main street is in front of the house. Communication with Booking wasn't functional. Earlier check-in wasn't possible.
Great stay. Top location. Very good communication with the team, it was really perfect. And the possibility to do laundry and dry it is really much appreciated.

Perfect for a comfortable stay in Kyoto
Very large room, fun traditional bathroom, and a very central location in Gion! Highly recommended.

- • The deafening noise from the street, check-in at 4 pm, check-out at 10 am, the request for a supplement for early check-in and late check-out
I think it's the best for sightseeing in Kyoto.
The room, facilities, and location were all very good. I want to use it again without saying anything! Next time, I would like to use it for a longer period.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Gion
This apartment had everything we needed - we felt so comfortable and at home, and it was based in the perfect area to explore Gion and the rest of Kyoto. It was incredibly clean & the facilities available were great. We loved having access to a washer/dryer in our own apartment, for example. The staff were friendly & helpful over message, but as it is an apartment we didn't meet in person.

- • The only negative we found was that the windows were very thin and there was a lot of traffic noise. I used earplugs and this helped a lot.
