The hotel is very large and feels more like a resort village, offering a wide variety of activities. There is a main hotel building alongside bungalow/apartment-style accommodations, which gives flexibility depending on your preference. The property offers several restaurants, and the breakfast buffet is rich with a good selection. The location is also relatively central, making it convenient for getting around.

- • The staff were terrible & the whole organisation was a disorganised chaos. My work group had 5 rooms & although I ordered 2 sea view, they were car park views instead! As I was staying for 4 days it was my role to welcome my colleagues and check them in. This was a disaster. We just wanted one total final clean bill at the end for our expenses. No chance - it was a mess. One of my colleagues brought a birthday gift to lunch & a member of staff at the pizza restaurant on site ridiculously came over to us and said it is against company policy to have this on the table. I did not realise Portugal was still operating under a dictatorship!!!!!!!! 95% of staff did not speak English, they were untrained, unhelpful and obstinate. The bars and restaurants in the main hotel were closed in the daytime. We had all day meetings and in order to get a cup of coffee after 2 PM we had to order room service, have one member of our team wait for the tray with all our drinks for an hour in their room. Now consider it is all done via a computer in the bedroom - mistakes were made & the wrong drinks were delivered. So after about an hour & a half we finally got a cold cup of coffee. The other alternative was to get a drink at the pool bar which were in paper cups & we were told they could not be taken upstairs. I will not even mention the reception staff at the Atlantico restaurant - that would require a totally separate rant. On the day of checking out, the cleaning staff were banging on our doors at 09.50 demanding that we leave immediately. This caused huge disruption to our final day of meetings, so I requested a private meeting with the hotel Manager. I asked the receptionists 3 times throughout the day and finally after 5 hours a young woman came to talk to me during my work meetings. When I explained the experience she was really uninterested & never suggested any remedy or apology. In fact she just kept saying it was all company policy.

good breakfast, but the access to the room is small, which led to queues up the central staircase bathrooms with a beautiful area but already very old. it is not understood the lack of a socket near the mirror

Beautiful resort, beautiful beach right there. Great breakfast- great facility. We were completely thrilled and will definitely come back!
