Spectacular
Beach is not that good, a bit dirty, Breakfast was amazing, delicious and waitress was kind. Our room with the sea view we love it and most of all staff was helpful, especially one of the staff members (porter) named Ali he is kind and very helpful. Definitely we will come next year. Thank all the Staff from Real Grand Santa Eulalia resort and hotel spa. <3 :)

- • Seagulls at breakfast and the electric chargers are few, not to mention the free ones that are always occupied!
A beautiful resort with excellent facilities and breakfast, but our room and the lack of follow-up
The breakfast was excellent, with fresh juices and a great variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel, facilities, and swimming pools are beautiful, and I especially enjoyed having a different atmosphere around each pool.

- • Unfortunately, our room did not live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The sofa bed for our children was in poor condition, with a spring sticking out of the mattress, and it had not been properly set up. There were also several maintenance issues: the toilet seat was damaged, the soap holder had come off the wall, and the hairdryer could not be used at full power. We reported these issues to reception, who told us that someone would come to inspect them, but unfortunately, nobody came. We also found the prices for drinks and other refreshments within the hotel to be quite high.
