- • Furniture is very cheap, many of the lamps didn't work.. the space would be drastically improved with warm lighting rather than white light.
Not bad! Will stay again next time
Favorite accommodation on this trip to Australia, very high value for money, kitchen equipment is quite complete, although there was no cleaning service for not staying four days, it was still convenient to take out the trash by oneself! There is also a washing machine, very convenient.

- • The corridor may have a strong garbage smell due to the garbage chute setup, but basically cannot be smelled inside the room, it's just a bit smelly in the corridor, the impact of quickly passing through is not significant.
While the hotel itself appeared entirely deserving of its five-star designation, the experience became somewhat less lux

- • The issue was not the hotel’s policy itself, but the lack of clear communication about it. When my extension payment of over $700 plus a $100 bond was accepted, I was not told the bond payer and cardholder had to be the same person. Had I known earlier, I could have resolved it immediately while dealing with temporary banking access issues during travel. Instead, the policy was enforced hours later after payment had been accepted and I believed my stay was confirmed. I was then required to leave without a fair opportunity to fix the issue. Although I remained calm and cooperative, the situation felt unnecessarily intimidating and humiliating, including security standing by while I packed despite no disorderly behaviour. Manager Olivia acknowledged the communication fell below the hotel’s usual standard, but this did not address the inconvenience, distress, embarrassment, or lack of refund or goodwill gesture. Overall, the experience left me feeling unfairly judged during temporary travel-related banking difficulties and reflected a lack of empathy and consistency toward a paying guest.
