- • The room had a strong damp/moldy smell and poor ventilation. More importantly, the front desk service was very disappointing. We were traveling with a tired child late at night, but the staff was impatient, unhelpful, and forced us to move rooms across different floors. One employee also complained in front of other guests that he could not understand my English, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

- • It wasn’t in the best area but it was really in the middle of everything so it was the perfect spot. Security was also there all the time and you needed a keycard to go anywhere in the hotel. Be aware of sirens constantly going in the area but it really wasn’t that bad if you were tired
Awesome place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle is a great idea; it saves on cab fee.
Great breakfast. Good spread with variety to choose from. You pick what you want and have time to sit and eat even if you have come towards closing time.

- • The first room we checked in on 3rd floor, but we were changed to 8th floor. The bathroom was sparkling clean plus the pure white linen. Very comfortable bed, I now want to change my mattress back home.

- • The hotel is located in a rather poor area of Boston from what I could see. Many syringes lying around and people talking to themselves. Fortunately, there is a security guard around the hotel who was sleeping in his truck 😁

- • The shower was only handicap accessible, but had a standard shower head that did not work. The water was either freezing or scalding and the removable shower head sprayed directly at your chest. You could either crouch under it or wash your hair with one hand. Less than comfortable! We also had issues with the plumbing. When we notified the front desk they left a plunger in a bucket outside our door...thanks?

- • Outdated Noisy Coffee maker was dirty Cabinet door broken Fridge froze everything I had in it.
The breakfast was excellent, the rooms are a bit outdated but quite clean. I would stay again if the price were lower.
