If I had to summarize my stay in three words: human, listening, and kindness
I really appreciated the cultural diversity of the hotel staff, young, very responsive, and attentive. Human at the center of discussions and a delight to talk about current events with them. The rooms are very clean with an impeccable bed and sheets. A little anecdote, being a customer very particular about cleanliness, not to reassure myself, but for the pleasure of staying in a clean place. I asked for a vacuum cleaner for a bit of cleaning and the team responded to the customer's needs...

- • The entrance hall could be a little more decorated for the clients, for example with street art paintings, an easel for painting, a piano placed in a spot for those who wish to play some music...

- • The air conditioning is very noisy. We asked for a room with 2 beds. Our request was not taken into account. However, the room has 2 beds, it was enough to put 2 separate sheets. Little brightness due to the size of the windows, we felt like we were in a basement. We were on the 4th floor.
Very good location with a quite spacious and clean double room. The staff is really very kind and welcoming. Two grocery stores as well as many restaurants nearby.

Great stay in Toulouse
The location in the city center is three minutes from the metro, the family room is spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable, hot drinks available all day on the ground floor. Parking a bit difficult to access but always available. Very good value for money.
