It was sufficient for a short trip to explore Nice.
The location was very good - everything within walking distance, the room was clean. For 15 euros, you can park in an underground garage - be careful with large cars - the exit is extremely narrow!

Good spacious apartment, perfect for a few nights stay in Nice, kitchen was well-stocked, had a dishwasher and fridge (no freezer).
