- • Aircondition virkede ikke. Dette blev påtalt 1 dag. Først på 4 dagen (check ud dagen efter) blev den ordnet. Vi var flere som havde samme problem. Speciel hårdt/varmt når terrassevinduer/døre vender mod vest og 32 graders varme.

- • 设施和装修陈旧，房间小，特别是厕所，重来没有遇到过这么小的厕所。酒店服务也很奇葩，我们订的四人间，进入房间没有找到第二张床，结果服务员告诉我，他们的沙发床都是留给客人自己来铺设的，不可思议。这个地方有点像偏远地区的“招待所”，房间的门还是用原始的钥匙开，关门必须非常小心，否则就会发出很大的声音，被隔壁的住客批评，而且走廊里有一点声音都听得很清楚。 这个住宿的价格性价比极低，这里的花费用可以住到不要让这样的酒店破坏你的尼斯之旅。 我们一行7个人，本来预计逗留5个晚上，最后实在受不了，提前check out了人 建议： 要相信我，不要入住这家酒店！

- • Tout le reste: espace non conforme aux photos. Entretien de l’endroit: tapis degueulasse dans le passage. Toilette d’avion.Air climatisé non fonctionnel… arrivée compliquée car pas de stationnement accessible.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y cómoda para moverse. La habitación estaba bien, con un balconcito agradable, y las instalaciones en general correctas, incluyendo una cocina equipada. El desayuno también fue adecuado.

- • Como punto a mejorar, no recibimos respuesta por parte del hotel a través del chat de Booking en ningún momento, lo cual dificultó la comunicación durante la estadía. Además, al momento del check-out nos cobraron un importe superior al esperado por fuera de la tarifa (relacionado con laundry y tasa de turismo), y al intentar consultar este detalle posteriormente, no obtuvimos respuesta.
