I was trying to board the airport limousine at 3:20 PM on March 30th, but time was tight. The hotelier gentleman helped me run with my heavy suitcase and I boarded well. Thank you! Even though I boarded on time, the bus driver said, 'Couldn't you have come a little earlier?' which made me feel uncomfortable. However, I didn't complain as I understood his busy schedule. I think there will be no more nervousness about whether the hotelier and the driver will communicate better for better service in such situations. Overall, the hotel support staff were proactive and kind, making the service much better. Thank you! The mountain view was not bad either.

- • Part of the washbasin was peeling off like paint, and the cleanliness of the shower curtain, bathtub plug, etc., was a bit disappointing.
The neatly arranged bedding and amenities were also very satisfying. I went to the buffet restaurant to celebrate, and the chef prepared a birthday table for me, which was very touching!
