Lovely, elegant hotel in great location.
Very well located outside of, but near, the Old Town (8 mins walk); excellent service; nice breakfast; comfortable rooms; small, but cosy spa area and pool; lovely communal areas.

Excellent hotel in the historic old town
Located in the old town, the hotel itself is within the walls of an old building but the rooms are modern with space and comfort and a warm but sober decoration. The staff is friendly and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise as well as the wine list. There is a spa that we did not have time to see.

Excellent peaceful hotel near the old town
The room was quiet and cozy. Comfortable bed and lovely welcome cookies. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room stylish. The sauna was well heated and the pool area peaceful. The hotel's location was perfect near the old town.

Top recommendation
Breakfast was great, very diverse and freshly prepared. The hotel is located in the Old Town, within a few steps you are at various marketplaces, restaurants, and museums. The massage was world-class and otherwise, very dedicated, great staff. In Warsaw, you can travel very well with Uber. Very cheap.

- • We bought a hairdryer in 2026 - one that produces more than a warm puff. With long hair, it takes forever for them to dry :-)

Decent stay, but will choose another hotel next time
Short distance to the old town and public transport. Ok breakfast. Free water bottles and chocolate cookies in the room. Good cleanliness.

- • Should have served coffee at the breakfast table since this is a 5-star hotel. Could have been a more varied selection for breakfast, did not match the number of stars at the hotel. Stayed in a Classic double room on the 2nd floor, with a too hard bed and a window high on the wall above a desk (not easy to look out and too little light in).
