- • Poor views from the windows, cold water in the pool - first time I've encountered a hotel spa where the water is 27 degrees in a small pool. Rooms are sad, ascetic, but that's a matter of taste, poor breakfast for a 5-star hotel.
The location is excellent, the services are excellent, and the staff is very classy, the hotel cleanliness. Every time I visit Warsaw, I stay in this hotel without hesitation.

Very helpful staff, spacious, comfortable room. Also, a very efficient cleaner! The hotel is in a quiet location but very close to the old town.

- • The breakfast was expensive, so we chose to have ours at an excellent café 3 or 4 minutes walk away (Bella Kafetaria). Otherwise no complaints.
