I had a wonderful stay at Faena Hotel Buenos Aires. The hotel has a unique personality, beautiful design, and an atmosphere that makes the experience feel truly special from the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was the outstanding service from the Experience Managers. They were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or any request, making me feel welcome throughout our stay. The lunch at El Mercado was also excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with great service that perfectly complemented the meal. Overall, Faena delivers a memorable luxury experience that combines exceptional hospitality, distinctive style, and outstanding dining. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Buenos Aires.

Charming hotel, poor staff reception
The hotel has an excellent structure, very beautiful and welcoming. The gym deserves special mention, being one of the best I have found in hotels. The location is also a major differentiator, being very close to Puerto Madero, one of the most pleasant areas of the city. Nevertheless, the overall experience was very positive. The room was extremely comfortable, the hotel structure is impeccable and, for couples, the environment provides a very pleasant and special stay.

- • Regarding the service, I believe there is an opportunity to provide a warmer experience to guests. We arrived from a flight during the early hours, quite tired, and unfortunately, it was not possible to check in early, even with the perception of room availability. We were also offered the possibility of a category upgrade for an additional cost of US$100 per day. Another aspect that caught my attention was the value of the services offered by the hotel, which seemed above average when compared to other hotels of similar or even higher standards.
