- • Bit of a smell in the lift lobby on the floor and the shower design is dreadful. No way to turn on the shower without getting saturated

- • A couple of biscuits to have with our Ceylon tea would have been a treat. The Manager Andrew was very kind and delivered to our 403 cheese & biscuits with soft drinks - good old fashioned service.
