Wonderful stay RECOMMEND
Perfect service at every stage of the stay: check-in: the lady at the reception offered early check-in, room service impeccable cleanliness and room equipment, in the spa and at the pool, waiters, porters, and concierge helpful and polite. Great location and beautiful views day and night. Perfect breakfasts, tasty, huge selection and high quality products. I recommend the room on the 27th floor and the pool included! We will definitely come back ❤️

The service is very nice. The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff approach and service are very good. The location is excellent, very close to everywhere. I definitely recommend the hotel. Transportation is very easy. Thank you.

I fully recommend. Second time here, perhaps the best place to visit Warsaw.
The view is great, I have been here before. But I also came back because of the breakfast. It does have a bit more Polish breakfast rather than only a standard continental breakfast. The location is great, the red double bus leaves from the hotel's door.

- • During check-in, there was a problem with my booking and they tried to put me in a room that was not high-floor, as I requested. The next day, the breakfast was considered "unpaid". There was certainly trouble in the registration via Booking. Despite the trouble, I believe it is related to the fact that I booked two rooms, with different periods, using 2 separate bookings. Anyway, that could have been done better.
