Superb!
The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the city center, within walking distance of many places. It is also very close to metro, tram, and train stations, making transportation extremely convenient. There are city buses available on both the lower and upper streets as well. The hotel staff were friendly, respectful, and very professional. There is a pool on the top floor where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

- • The breakfast was very good overall. The only issue for me was that the types of meat used in the cold cuts were not specified. For example, it would have been helpful to know whether the sausages were made from chicken, beef, or pork. As someone who does not eat pork, I was unable to eat some of the items because this information was missing.

The location was very central, the pool and view from the 43rd floor were exceptional! The breakfast was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was large and on higher floors with a panoramic view, with a separate bathtub and shower! The underground parking was great, all the best

- • What I didn't like was that the breakfast buffet was very open and there was no sneeze guard, and the salt & pepper shakers were completely empty, allegedly no one checked afterwards, otherwise everything was great!

great Club Lounge experience
I stayed at the Intercontinental in Warsaw for 2 days this time and I honestly liked it very much. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere felt really nice and welcoming, just calm but also kind of special at the same time. I had access to the Club Lounge and this was definitely one of the highlights. The cocktail hours are amazing, very well prepared and with a great selection. I was there one evening when there were only a few people during supper, and I was told that usually it's much busier. But even like that it felt very comfortable, and I can imagine that even when it's full it must still be a great experience. I also tried the degustation menu, at first I was a bit skeptical because of the size, but it turned out to be a really good decision. Everything was tasty and nicely presented so I'm glad I gave it a try. Big thanks to the team for such a warm welcome and for explaining everything so clearly. Special thanks to Vadim, Nadia, Kate and Patryca, and also Aleksandra and Yana during breakfast. They really made the stay feel more personal. By the way breakfast was also very good, a lot of choice and everything fresh and delicious. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would say it's a must-visit place when in Warsaw. I will for sure come back again.
