- • Low lighting in the room (I think there should be more light bulbs in the room).
I simply loved the cleanliness and organization of the place, wonderful staff, super kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
Cleanliness and breakfast... But, there was no watermelon in the buffet.

- • The location; being a bit far from shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets. But, it is possible to place orders for delivery to the hotel.
Disappointment
The air conditioning was weak, there was construction on the roof that seemed like it would fall on my head at any moment, the TV didn't get Globo channel and all of this was complained about on the first day and nothing was done.

Disappointing
The only positive points worth mentioning are the physical structure of the hotel itself (leisure areas) and the politeness of the staff, always very polite and helpful. Otherwise, the rooms themselves and the rest have nothing positive worth mentioning.

- • The rooms are cramped. I booked two rooms and the air conditioning in both had issues. There was no double bed, so only after my insistence did they put a blanket over two single beds put together. The hotel food is of terrible quality, so you can't enjoy the pool because there is no quality food. The drink menu is also quite limited - no variety of wines or champagne. The breakfast is well below average, with poor replenishment and always missing items and the space is very small.
