Great place for a visit to Munich. We’d stay here again in a heart beat.
The location is perfect with close proximity to the train station and the old town. The rooms were very modern as was the entire hotel.

Unfortunately, there has been a significant decline in the hotel’s standards.
I loved this hotel because I used to stay there every year, but its standards this year were poor.

- • The room cleaning service was extremely slow. One of the reception staff members was very rude and arrogant, and it was very clear that he had forgotten he was a receptionist and should maintain higher standards of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the hotel management did not handle the situation professionally.
