The service staff was very attentive and friendly with an excellent attitude, solving immediately. The girl who assisted us at the reception immediately solved all our requests, the security guys were very honest and efficient as well as the chambermaids, the waiters always showed a smile and had a very friendly attitude.

- • Dead cockroaches around the pool, the area even smelled bad, a coffee maker in one room was dirty, due to limited availability in the hotel, the app was used for booking, however, this meant that the rooms were on different floors and it was a trip with children, so it was very complicated to take care of them since the elevator only takes you to your room floor.
The hotel facilities and everything in general were very good. The location was ideal for me due to work reasons.

Nice, adequate price, and good breakfast.
The breakfast was very good and complete, I think the breakfast time is short

- • We had to use stairs a few times, the elevator did not move from the 3rd floor for over half an hour.
