I liked everything, the experience was super pleasant and positive, centrally located to go anywhere, the front desk staff were super friendly and attentive, they gave us water bottles.

- • There were children playing soccer in front of the elevators on my floor (like the lobby) at 10:30 pm and the parents were there with them, making noise.

- • The room was stocked with snacks and other items that were not clearly identified as being subject to additional charge. No one informed me that these items came with a fee. In most hotels, basic items such as bottled water are complimentary. So I was not expecting to be charged for items simply because they were placed in the room. There was no clear explanation or notification regarding these additional charges.
