The rooms are clean and spacious, and connecting rooms were provided upon request as we had contacted them before. There is a pool and a gym. Daily cleaning is done, and parking is available despite the area being crowded.

- • The luggage assistance staff does not care about your presence; even when asked to take the luggage, no one showed up. Their attitude is frustrating, giving a sense of stinginess, although a 5-star hotel should have a more professional approach towards a guest who has booked for 3 days.

- • The TV was broken, we called for service but they couldn't fix it. There was a shortage of towels in the spa area.

A lively place with cafes, restaurants, and a sea view, but far from the center of Izmir. The weather is hot and humid in the summer. They have a 140 cm pool suitable for everyone. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. My son liked the gym. There are parking spaces despite the area being crowded.

- • We booked three days, one of them separate, and we did not notice that the reservation for the two rooms mentioned 4 people while we are 5. It is strange that all bookings show two persons and a child, but they decided that we should pay for an additional person even though we used the available beds and there was no breakfast included in the reservation. As a five-star hotel, shouldn't this be a problem since we are 4 with a child in two rooms? In the following two days, the reservation was correct, but they asked for an additional payment. We informed them that our reservation was correct for five people, so why should we pay extra? The room key does not work in the elevator, and we faced elevator issues more than once and had to recharge it. There is no coffee machine. A 50 Euro deposit is taken for each room per day, I do not know why? Usually, it is a fixed amount and not per day.
Clean; good location but far from the city center, although there are restaurants and cafes around it. There are connecting rooms for families upon request.

- • Some interactions were mentioned in the previous review. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste, although 5-star hotels usually provide them.
Everything is perfect, we will gladly come back.
