Amazing! after bad experiences with other hotels I chose Lotte as I was sure it would not disappoint.. and it didn’t! Great facilities, very comfortable room and amazing pool. Staff is very professional, attentive and caring.

Beautiful building, great location and even better customer service. Would highly recommend!
Beautiful building, clean and great location. But most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Always helpful and great customer experience. We didn’t have one negative interaction with staff. The pool was great, buffet breakfast was incredible and very diverse. We had a spa treatment which was affordable and top quality. Rooms were clean and spacious, with good air conditioning.

Great Hotel, not too big, great location with backdoor right into the city, amazing service and awesome employees. Breakfast buffet was huge with lot of choice - nothing missing! And the pool is an outstanding asset!
