If I had wanted an all-inclusive hotel, I would probably have been happy here.
Architecturally a wonderful hotel. The spacious rooms are very clean and modern. The rooftop pool is really beautiful. The room was also very large and nicely furnished.

- • Either you want to be a high-priced hotel with a noble ambiance or an all-inclusive bunker with a lot of partying at the pool, where guests are already getting drunk at the pool bar from 10:00 am. Both are okay, but a hotel should simply decide what it wants to be. Both just don't work, or leave guests like me unhappy. Unfortunately, we didn't know about the all-inclusive and had simply booked rooms with breakfast. We would have had to pay relatively high prices for this typical all-inclusive ambiance (including the obligatory buffets) and enjoy it for Bali standards. Sorry, but no thanks! I also found it unfortunate that in a supposedly not fully booked hotel, we were accommodated in a room next to a construction site in the neighboring area. I am absolutely sure that this was not necessarily necessary due to the occupancy.

- • The location of both rooms was the worst choice. When we asked for a change upon arrival, it was not possible. With the excuse that everything was occupied. Which was not true at all. After negotiating, they offered us something, because we were supposed to pay an additional 200 dollars. Of course, we did not accept. The way they handle these things is not appropriate. Therefore, we will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel's location is in an area where you cannot swim in the sea due to the shallow water level. The only possible way is to swim in the two pools.
It was ok for the cost.
The club rooms with the rooftop pool and bar. The staff were awesome. Also, the ambiance of the buildings and grounds were very authentic Bali style.

- • The main pool was very old and full of drunk Eastern Europeans. It felt very sleazy. Breakfast was average.
A wonderful few days
The grounds are absolutely beautiful with green, lush gardens, flowers. Just walking around the property was a highlight. We loved sitting on the rooftop pool. The beachfront was great too. A nice little surprise was the chess & checkers table, pool table, table tennis set up, beach volleyball, and darts. There was lots to do in the resort itself. Honestly, there isn't much to fault. We weren't ready to leave.

- • When people in the reviews said the bed was hard, I believed them but I didn't think it would be that bad. The beds are VERY hard. It's like sleeping on a plinth. Request soft pillows, it makes a bit of a difference.

- • The only downside for us was that we had booked a Club room, and then we had a view of the wall from the balcony/terrace!!! But it's only the rooms on the first floor... but it wasn't that bad...
