Great for family trips and people who enjoy cooking for themselves
Excellent location for accommodation, with a supermarket downstairs for those who want to shop and the option to stay in the room for those who want to rest. The scale of the entire underground street is large enough to provide a very satisfying shopping experience

- • Despite claiming to be a 5-star hotel, I had a very disappointing experience due to the lack of even basic services being properly provided. First of all, room cleaning, which is the most basic service of a hotel, was not done daily. This is a level that is hard to understand in a 5-star hotel. Also, the sockets in the room were not checked at all, so I couldn't even use the hairdryer properly. This lack of facility management is a serious issue that causes inconvenience to customers' basic use. In addition, the breakfast did not meet the level I expected from a 5-star hotel and overall I was very disappointed. Overall, in terms of service, facility management, and meals, it did not meet the reputation of a 5-star hotel, and I think improvement is urgently needed.
Amazing place to stay and great location!
This place was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was very clean, and the buffet was delicious with plenty of great options. The location was perfect for us—the mall right next door had access to so many different restaurants, and the subway entrance was easy to reach through the mall. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I will absolutely stay here again!

Very comfortable and likely to return
The location was excellent as it is linked to the airport limousine bus terminal. No worries about heavy luggage or having to deal with the cold upon arrival. The room was clean and well-equipped
