Nice apartment
Spacious apartment for a family of four. Only the AC was not working properly. Among amenities, they have a small pantry with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave.....washing machine, iron board, in-built bidet in WC of the master bathroom

Great place to stay for short or long term
This is a great serviced hotel apartment. Great amenities and staff. We had Cindy who answered all of our questions! Her English was very good. She is a friendly and accommodating front desk staff. A great place to stay in a good popping area.

I liked the opportunity to do some washing as I was on a long journey where Seoul was last. I liked the space in the suite where I could entertain some guests.

- • Although there were great cooking facilities, there did not seem to be any places nearby where I could buy the ingredients for cooking. If there is such a place, perhaps it could be included in the information given. It was difficult to reduce the room temperature sufficiently so that the bedding supplied was not too hot to sleep under. Perhaps some alternative bedding in a cupboard would help guests to arrange their bed to be comfortable for sleeping. I think that having 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 plates, etc., is not a sufficient number, especially for a multi-day stay, if you expect the dishwasher to be used.
I'd visit this hotel again for sure.

Excellent accommodations. Have stayed many times before and will stay again.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Many choices. Also, the location was prime with accessibility to shops and restaurants nearby.

- • Booking inaccurately described the room that we booked so we were confused when we checked in and were assigned a room that was quite different from what we thought we had booked. Thankfully the hotel staff was extremely kind and accommodating and was able to meet and exceed our expectations, but we hope Booking will be better in the future.

I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to a staff member named Woody. The day before departing South Korea, I left my iPhone in a taxi. I rushed down to the desk on the first floor seeking help, and Woody went above and beyond to help me. He remained incredibly calm and professional. He tried every possible way to track down the taxi. He even used his own number to connect me with the driver. The driver finally got in touch with us and I was able to get my phone back safely. I truly hope the management recognizes his outstanding performance. Thank you so much, Woody!
