Overall good deal with free parking and breakfast included. Could use some repair and updating of the property.

The breakfast was excellent every morning very fresh and great variety. The location of the hotel was brilliant right smack in the middle of everything. You could not get better.

- • The spa was a bit rough and ready looked like it could do with a make over.
Hotel not recommended for the price it charges. It is not a current 4 star. Do not try it.

- • Hotel poorly maintained. Bad price-quality ratio. Expensive for what the hotel is. Poor staff attention. Poor cleaning. Poorly maintained pool and bad service. Horrible rooms. Common areas ugly and poorly maintained.
The hotel and especially the standard room do not correspond to the advertising photos and appear very outdated and neglected
The location in Lagos and the free parking.

👎 Disliked
- • The standard room looked significantly better and better maintained in the hotel pictures than in reality. It was heavily worn and lacking in hygiene: rusty and dirty air conditioning, peeling paint on walls and skirting boards, mold in the shower seals and tracks as well as lime and dirt in the bathroom. Also, the entire hotel (pool area, wellness and lounges) appears significantly outdated and neglected - as if built once and hardly invested since. Added to this are the overpriced prices at the pool bar (12 € for two draft Cola Zero).
Excellent location. Very good breakfast
