Dear Team at Mandarin Oriental, Mandarin Oriental is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels in the world. The service was exceptional, and the facilities were, of course, of the highest standard. In particular, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Duty Manager Steve, Mr./Ms. Choo who assisted with my check-out (and whose check-in service was also truly outstanding), as well as Oliver and John. There are honestly many more team members I would like to recognize, but I have listed those I could recall. I will be sending a formal note of appreciation via email as well.
