Great accommodation, in a quiet location, further away from the downtown noise. The room was just the right size, the bathroom was spacious. I was satisfied with the cleanliness as well. The staff is very helpful and kind. If I'm in Madrid, I will book here again.

Excellent staff, very friendly. Excellent place to rest. Spacious and very clean room. Very good breakfast and various additional things to eat during the day, included. There is also a gym. Thank you very much!

Good choice for a relatively quiet hotel with many amenities that is close to the airport
The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very quiet, just as I had expected. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. In fact, they have a counter where they offer complimentary coffee, tea, juices, sodas, and light snacks anytime of the day. That was really superb! There is also a reasonably-priced honor bar there. The staff performed their jobs well and they were cordial, but they could have been a little friendlier. The location of the hotel is very good if you want to be close to the airport without the noise, yet want to be in a the local neighborhood that is relatively quiet. (But If you want to be more in the city center all of the time, I would find a place closer to there, there instead.)

- • They do offer parking, which is great. As they mention in their description, the parking spaces are quite constrained. However, the cost of parking that they state is all over the place price-wise. It is written on the wall, that parking is free. In Booking.com description, it is listed as 14 Euros per night. When my bill was presented, it was 16 Euros a night all-of-a-sudden. They should either stick with what is painted on the wall, or paint over their quotes. Also: they are a little heavy-handed on enforcing all of the eco micro-triggers that they think are important. If you agree with it, then no problem. If you don't like begin forced to follow other people's principles, this may not be the place for you.
