Fantastic location, attentive staff. Would stay again!
Polite attentive staff, room was spotless, large and had a fantastic view of Ferris wheel. Shops close buy as well as Starbucks and convenience stores. Buffet breakfast was definitely value for money at $28pp. Would stay again

- • 호텔은 부대시설도 중요하지만 침대,이불의 편안함 실내온도 적정,쾌적함이 최고인데 건물이 오래된것만의 탓만은 아닌것 같음. 손님이 이해해주고 불편을 감수하라면 호텔의 등급이 떨어짐.

- • 저는 울산이 고향입니다. 가끔씩 귀호텔에 숙박을 하곤합니다만. 호텔이 너무 어둡고 직원들의 고객응대 긴장도는 없어보여요 그리고 매너저라고 하는 사람이 직원들과 웃고 떠들고 고객에 대한 배려심은 전무한것 같아서요 좀 어색하던군요. 지방일수록 더 열심히 하고 더 고객화를 위해 노력해야되는데 역시 지방이네 라는 생각이듭니다. 롯데호텔이 잘 되길 기대합니다. 아침식당의 분위기는 후진국 호텔인듯 착각했습니다.
