- • Morning maintenance work on the upper floor causing sleep disturbance. Maintenance work starts at 7:00 AM, and it is supposed that rooms affected by the maintenance should not be rented out to tenants. Alternative rooms should be provided and an email has been sent.

- • We wish there was a bidet. Sometimes water leaks from the chair. Also, breakfast needs more variety.
To be honest, the worst experience I have ever had in such a hotel, and it will be the first and last time.

- • You feel like you are in a prison, not a hotel. The security men are more than the guests, and they interfere with everything. Everything is prohibited for them. Rude staff, disgusting treatment, no smiles, and poor services. You feel like a stranger and unwelcome. The hotel management is all about money; you have to pay for everything, even a bottle of water. They put chocolates, drinks, and water in the room for a fee, and the price is doubled. Even if you want to enter the swimming pool, you have to buy a swimming cap for 350 lira, while outside the hotel it does not exceed 100 lira.
