- • 1. No tea/coffee in the room. 2. No telephone in the room. I had to run to the reception for everything. 3. The reception was unresponsive. My room did not have hand wash, it was not refilled despite my request. 4. My friend got double charged for his room. Upon protesting, he was told that the payment would be refunded, which hasn't happened as yet.

Nice hotel, but has room for improvement.
It's fine when you come by car, as there are good parking spaces. Also, there is a train station within walking distance of the hotel, so public transportation is also good.

- • The rooms have only one chair even in double rooms. We were there for 5 nights and spent a lot of time at the hotel. The head of the cleaning staff got us an extra one, but this should have been standard. Several of the reception staff do not understand Norwegian and asked us to speak English. We can speak English, but it is poor that they do not try to understand Norwegian, which has many words that are similar to Danish.
Perfect for sightseeing Copenhagen
Perfectly located to take the train to the city. Sufficient hotel parking spaces available. The room was well equipped.

- • The breakfast area was very busy and loud. On the second day, we discovered the back area, where it was significantly quieter.
Location is pretty good but I wish they had a kettle and a fridge available in the room. Otherwise everything else was great.
