Am avut o experiență excelentă la Grand Hotel. Hotelul este extrem de curat și bine întreținut, ceea ce a contribuit mult la confortul șederii. Locația este perfectă – chiar în centrul orașului, cu acces rapid la principalele atracții turistice. În imediata apropiere se află numeroase străzi pline de baruri și restaurante, ideale pentru plimbări seara sau pentru a descoperi atmosfera locală. Hotelul este foarte frumos, elegant și oferă o ambianță plăcută, potrivită atât pentru relaxare, cât și pentru explorarea orașului. Recomand cu încredere pentru oricine vizitează Cracovia și își dorește cazare centrală, curată și confortabilă.

A charming and well-located hotel with great service, although some room details could be improved for comfort
What I liked most about the hotel was, without a doubt, how beautiful it was. The place has a lot of charm and is very well maintained, which makes the stay even more enjoyable from the very first moment. The location is excellent, perfect for getting around easily and exploring the city without any hassle. In addition, the staff were very friendly at all times, always willing to help and make the experience as comfortable as possible. Another very notable point is the cleanliness: everything was spotless, very well organized, and carefully maintained, which is always greatly appreciated.

- • As for the negative aspects, there were several details that felt quite uncomfortable. The main issue was the design of the bathroom within the room. It was built at the back, with two access points (on the right and left), and in the middle there was a huge bathtub which, to get from one side to the other, you either had to jump over or walk all the way around the room. Showering was especially difficult, as you had to get into that bathtub and then get out however you could. On top of that, the shower hose was extremely short; if you were taller than 1.60 m, it was almost impossible to use it properly. In practice, it couldn’t really be used as a shower, and getting out of the bathtub was quite uncomfortable and even a bit dangerous. A senior person would definitely have had serious difficulties using it. On the other hand, something else that felt a bit odd was the way the bed was made. In our case, even though it was a double bed, it was prepared with individual bedding instead of large sheets and a single duvet. I’m not sure whether this is something typical in Poland or simply that they didn’t have larger covers, but in any case, it felt quite uncomfortable.

Красивое здание в трех минутах ходьбы от центральной площади. Есть своя парковка во дворе за 170 злотых, но заезд узковат, Вольво 90 проехала с зазором в 5 см.

- • Персонал в возрасте, спит на ходу. Оформляли поселение минут двадцать. За два номера взяли депозит 189 евро, с таким я впервые сталкиваюсь, особенно с учетом того, что бронировал и оплачивал черех Booking, где я genius третьего уровня. В минибаре напитков было на 20 евро, почему такая сумма депозита- непонятно. Средства не блокировали, а именно списали со счета и вернули только на третий день после моего отъезда после того, как я им электронное письмо написал.
