Had an amazing stay at Barceló Marrakech 🤍✨ Honestly, everything about this hotel was just perfect. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing exactly what I needed. The room was beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable, I really felt at home. A big thank you to Zouhair from Guest Experience for his kindness and professionalism, he truly made my stay even more special 🙏 Also, a special shoutout to the reception team Khadija and Jaouad for their warm welcome and great service. Excellent resort oasis in the desert! The staff is friendly! The food is delicious! Good internet, heated pool. The room is not very big, but clean and comfortable! Large area, there is a kids' club and a farm with domestic animals. We had a lot of fun on vacation! Thank you! I recommend

Great relaxing family stay
We had a pleasant family stay. The resort was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was great, dinner also had a lot of choices. The poolside restaurant was also excellent. Lots of relaxation space. The staff was very caring.

- • Access to the Spa and Hammam was unfortunately not included. Our room was dark and far from the restaurant, pool, and reception, which was not ideal with a small baby.

- • The customer relations manager and reception staff, whose attitude is particularly haughty, do not take customers' requests into account. I recommend being cautious if you have to deal with them. (especially if you are of French/Middle Eastern origin).
