I won't ever come back to the place just because of my bad experience with that On-call welcome assistance lady. Otherwise it
Huge property with quick private beach access!! The gardeners have done remarkable work in maintaining the vegetation so well. Ours was lagoon-facing room and it was amazingly beautiful.

- • The worst thing about the hotel was one lady staff sitting at On-call reception number in the evening and night hours of 29th June 2026. On my repeated calls and requests, she didn't provide me with anything and when I said I'll report you only then my ordered item arrived with a delay of over 1.5-2 hours (I just ordered tea items and a cup). Imagine you really need a good tea instantly and you get to make it in your room after 2 hours just because you are not getting a supply of things!!! She was so slow in her response I felt like some old granny has been made to sit and take calls of guests. That was ridiculous on the part of a 5-star chain like ITC. Please either warn her or remove her from that seat at least.
Was decent. Unlikely to come back again to this property,

I have been a regular guest for 20 years. Ms. Alisha at the front desk, Mr. Ramesh the pool attendant, and housekeeping Mr. Gopal made my stay very comfortable. I always love to come to ITC GOA only because of Ms. Alisha at the front desk and Rameshji poolside. However tired they are, they always have a smile. Mr. Gopal in housekeeping made sure the room and bathroom are spick and span and well-stocked so we don't have to keep calling the front desk
