- • majorly housekeeping issues , no bathrob ,sheving kit, slippers in room , no minibar in room repetative breakfast, no verity in bakary this all surprising as a 5 star hotel .my opinion is not worth as per payment of room really fill to refund min 50% amont

The Front Desk Manager Nikita and Chef Glen along with the Executive Chef were all co operative and cordial . Special mention to Glen Luis the chef who took care of us providing us food for the sick till check out after the ordeal that we faced thanks to the same kitchen. Olies club and its staff need a mention for taking care of our child while we both husband and wife were gifted the health hazard by the property.

- • All meals eaten by ordering in from their in-room dinner service. 3 days stay spent only in the room and the toilet courtesy the food they served. They say they take utmost care but then what explains me having a severe stomach infection with more the 20 episodes of loose stools and my wife having vomiting nausea and loose stools jeopardising our entire stay . We had to order in antibiotics from the staff to be able to settle before we could check-out . A five star property with such poor control on food hygiene is really sad . We checked in excited for a good time. Left with antibiotics and dehydration and still a bad tummy. We came in healthy and have left unhealthy.
I can recommend, and staff were very helpful and special thanks to Olga :)
