Beautiful maintained villa and good staff
We stayed here as a family for 9 days, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were absolutely amazing very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They were very thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had originally booked two rooms, but we were given the option to stay in a whole apartment instead, which was a really nice surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. The property is very peaceful and quiet, which makes it the perfect place to truly relax and unwind. The swimming pool was very nice, we had the pool almost entirely to ourselves. The gardens and grounds are also beautifully maintained. The plants and flowers looked absolutely gorgeous, and you could really see how much care was put into keeping the entire property looking so beautiful. Breakfast was also very good. Every morning, we could choose what we wanted to eat, which gave us plenty of options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. We would happily come back!

The place is very beautiful, the garden magnificent, the rooms are beautiful. It's beautiful and full of charm. The value for money is just incredible given the level of comfort for a minimal price. We were upgraded without asking, room around the pool, amazing equipment. You choose a breakfast menu but there is also an incredible buffet. It's super clean, the staff is very attentive. The maintenance is constant, the people very dedicated. The level of service is top-notch. Secure parking. It's close to the road but without noise. Quiet, luxury, and voluptuousness, ideal for a romantic stay in a great place. The bathroom is great, it's large, beautiful, well decorated. Lots of attention.

Incredible, I recommend 100%
An excellent hotel that truly deserves 4, or even 5 stars! Everything was incredible: the staff is lovely, especially the ladies at the reception, who were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and we could choose our dishes the day before for the next day. The rooms are very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes from Pantai Cenang, but the Grab ride costs barely 2 €. I recommend this hotel 100%. I have rarely felt so welcomed in an establishment! Attention, the bed was so comfortable that some days, we couldn't even get up because we slept so well! 😅

Great, to repeat
The location was perfect. It was in the middle to go to any area of the island. All very clean. Very rich breakfast. Very well-kept facilities. They help you to rent the motorbike and they give it to you themselves. But above all, the best thing was undoubtedly the attention of Fazilah, a few days before arrival she contacts you to have everything confirmed and informed. She has been attentive to everything we have needed, and she has facilitated and solved anything for us. The rest of the staff also all wonderful! Thank you very much!!

- • The location, it is far from everything. And especially the cleaning, we stayed 3 days and the cleaning was not done at all (no change of towels, no garbage collection, the beds were not made)

- • Upon arrival, it was not clear how to enter, there was no one to open the gate, fortunately after 10 minutes of waiting, guests arrived who had the keys to open the gate
