Worst westin experience for a 5 star hotel
This is the worst Westin hotel, checkin supposed to be 3 pm. We arrived 10.20 pm and beds not made up! They sold a room for 3 adults and the rooms are so small for 3 adults! Pls dont sell 3 bedded rooms knowingly full well the size of the rooms! Also the Roll away bed quality is disgusting - very soft! For a 5 star hotel This is trully not acceptable! The service is shocking! No effirt made to compensate guest -

- • When ordering, we indicated that we needed 2 rooms with twin beds. We were accommodated in a twin room and offered to sleep on a sofa bed. After long negotiations, we were finally moved to a normal room. Constant queues at the elevators

- • The hotel is old. The rooms supposedly renovated (question when) still look dramatically. The bathroom is terrible. During check-in, I asked about leaving from the parking lot - free for guests. Of course, I had to return because there was a charge after all - yes, you have to validate the ticket first. But wasn't that what I asked about? For almost 800 PLN per night, there are really better and newer hotels in Warsaw. The famous beds are not as comfortable as in the USA.
