Well-located hotel and very decent for the price
Great location close to ADO buses and downtown. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, very spacious. Drinkable water available. The room windows overlook an interior patio. Hot water and good water pressure. Day and night staff. Daily cleaning and towels changed daily.

- • The staff should enforce silence when noisy guests come back at night. It happened once, otherwise the hotel's location is on a quiet street.
Very comfortable, spacious, all clean, and quiet rooms. A few blocks from the main avenue of Playa del Carmen. We felt very safe walking around at all times.

Enjoy the basics.
Simple, neat & clean, good air conditioning, many cable TV stations - a mix of English & Spanish, but no streaming.

- • Basic shower - hot water takes a long time to start getting hot, a little noisy overnight - more outside the hotel than inside, overpriced (This was my first accommodation in Mexico - after seeing other accommodations in Yucatan, the price is comparable).
The rooms were quiet and clean, and the hotel was just a short walk from a park and many food options!

Clean room, working AC, hot water, and close enough to walk to 5th Ave in about 5/10 mins, but far enough to not be disturbed by nightlife when sleeping.

- • No comforter on beds, which I believe they do this to prevent people from turning the AC really low.
