Small jewel of a hotel with great staff
Great personal service from the staff. Luisa and Luis were very sweet and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Location is right near the river.

A gem among Guest Houses
A dreamy location right on the riverfront promenade on the Ribeira side. The entire old town core is reachable within 20 minutes. The surrounding gastronomy offer is classic Portuguese with very good value for money. The rooms are small but have everything necessary and are clean. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped. But the best part is the staff, especially Luis, who took excellent care of us during our 3 days.

Perfect location. Great views from the waterfront rooms. Extremely helpful staff.
Location is excellent! Right in the heart of the waterfront, with great views of the bridge. The small hotel is very comfortable with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great and endearing.
Undoubtedly the best is Luis. Super attentive and helpful, assisting us at all times with our queries. It is right in the pure center and yet we had no noise at night. The downside is that we could not have a room with a view of the Owner. And the parking issue is very bad, there is none. We left it in a nearby private parking and it cost us close to 60 euros per day. Otherwise, everything is very good.

A cracking little gem
What a fabulous little gem right overlooking the Douro River in the pedestrian old town. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff who couldn't do enough to help. Amazing breakfast and super comfy bed. Thank you ❤️
