The place is wonderful and close to the malls, the staff are friendly, the room is excellent, clean, spacious, with a nice smell, new furniture, comfortable pillows, the bathroom has a bathtub and a bidet, and provides all bathroom amenities

This is one of the better and beautiful hotels in this district. Nice service, very helpful concierge who even walks to the restaurant 2 streets away to point it out.

- • Overall, a very limited number of employees speak good English. You would actually expect something better in this district. The outdoor pool is actually located at the adjacent Jumeirah Living. Nothing wrong with it but it requires a walk through the entire building.
The hotel has a convenient location. The staff is very friendly and ready to help at any time. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is quite varied. I stayed here for the first time, and I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip!

Very great hotel, clean, comfortable, and overall professional staff, but poor English communication made even basic requests difficult

- • The biggest issue was communication. For an international hotel, it is unacceptable that most reception staff barely speak English. Any request over the phone becomes almost impossible, forcing guests to go down to reception in person for even simple matters. This creates unnecessary inconvenience and wastes time. While the staff were courteous and professional, the lack of English-speaking personnel significantly affected the overall guest experience and is something the hotel should address urgently.
