Great location, friendly staff - no wishes left unfulfilled.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Directly across from the Alhambra and within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are simply furnished but offer everything you need. Beautiful pool area. The staff is super accommodating and immediately offered us an upgrade when it was clear that the air conditioning was not working in our room. When we are in Granada again, we will gladly stay here.

- • Breakfast and dinner buffet was fairly basic with little variety.
Very nice hotel BUT still some efforts to be at the top.
1) Very good location next to the Alhambra with parking right in front BUT no direct access so the need to make a big detour via a too narrow sidewalk. 2) Very nice hotel BUT room quite poorly soundproofed.

Very good location to visit the Alhambra of Granada, tranquility of the place, with lots of parks and greenery around (downhill towards the city center).

- • The air conditioning was not working, and there is no ventilation in the bathroom (room 432), during high temperatures, the building retains heat and the nights are hot, forced to open the window... parking to use: that of the Alhambra at 24 € / 24 hours, it's not cheap!
Very well located, very friendly staff. Public transport nearby, parking nearby.
