The location of the hotel is great if you want to be away from the craziness of Phuket, it's very peaceful but at the same time has a buzzy vibe, It definitely lived up to 5 star. The staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed and I could not fault the food either.

- • The overall experience did not meet expectations. Cleanliness was inconsistent, and the room did not feel properly maintained. Facilities are limited and do not match the level suggested by the photos. Service was average at best, lacking attention to detail and responsiveness. The location, while central, comes with noise and does not provide a relaxing resort atmosphere. Overall, the property feels overrated and does not deliver good value for money compared to other options in Phuket.

Had a fantastic experience, would stay again
Everything about this hotel was great, I had such a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and exactly like on the photos. The hotel is fairly small, which makes it so much nicer, because it feels calm and more intimate compared to when staying in big hotels. The pool area is so nice, although I do wish there were more chairs. The mango shakes from one specific bartender are to die for! When it comes to the location, I think this was also fantastic. It's in Patong, but not directly in the busy area, which means that it's quiet around the hotel. The beach is a long walk away, but due to the traffic, I almost always took a taxi. Hotel shuttle is also a convenient option, but it only leaves 4x per day and I didn't feel like restricting myself to that schedule. Taking a taxi is very cheap if you use inDrive or something similar. Overall I am 99% sure I would stay there again if I visited Phuket, unless I really felt like trying something new.

- • This isn't exactly a negative, but just so future guests know: there isn't a huge breakfast buffet. Instead, one has to order from a menu. This makes sense, because the hotel is so small, but I did feel like the options were very limited and it became a bit dull after a week. So, more breakfast options in the menu maybe?
