Great hotel
Everything but the most vital approach. I gave the wrong date for the accommodation, instead of 19/20 I booked 20/21. The lady at the reception quickly corrected it and we could stay overnight. Breakfast was fantastic!!! Many thanks!!!

- • There was nothing not to like. One small flaw is the lack of a power outlet in the bathroom to connect a hairdryer.
Comfortable stay
Botel was spotless. Beds very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Very convenient to have a USB charging point above the bed. Loved the Coconut cake slices served at breakfast. Good breakfast selection. Location only 5 minutes to tramline number 17.

- • We experienced delays of up to and over an hour for our meals. This was regardless of being part of a large group. It seemed there was not enough staff rostered. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
