one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed in!
a small beautiful peaceful island outside of the bustling Venice, they made transport to & from st Marks Square so easy. the rooms and whole site were just gorgeous

- • Lunch time menu very expensive, service of teas/ coffee at breakfast was a bit adhoc and they we re slow to tidy up empty drinks glasses and used towels around the pool when people had left for the day
One can feel that a corresponding new operator has been missing for quite some time.
The property is great, spacious, and well maintained. With the huge park, it is a refuge that is unparalleled as a balance to the overcrowded city.

- • Unfortunately, the kitchen in the bar and outdoor area fails to impress, so the dishes had to be sent back several times. The staff is only partially up to the standard of the establishment. Many are not at the level to take care of the guests there.
For a place like Italy, a very high-quality hotel choice, great value for money.
A very good choice. Although it takes 10 minutes by boat to St. Mark's Square, the hotel's boat runs every 30 minutes, is punctual, and runs late, so there are no obstacles. The key is that this type of accommodation is much more comfortable than staying in old small rooms on the main island. The hotel also has a pool, beautiful garden, and plenty of activities. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is not changed for 5 days and the hotel restaurant offers a rather limited menu.

- • The pool staff is very average, poorly dressed, and not very friendly.
Beautiful and amazing
This hotel is a perfect oasis to escape the crowds in Venice. The hotel is spectacular, lovely pool area and the view from the restaurant in the evening is magical. The staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. The boat shuttle to St Mark‘s Square was very good.

- • We booked a deluxe room with a lagoon view, not many rooms have this but they found us one when we were not so happy with the first room offered. Not sure where you got your photos from booking .com?!
