- • Although it was clean it was very run down. Things were worn and broken and there was no cooling in the room and the window barely opened. This was unbearable in the hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast was not nice and the hotel was noisy and smelly.

- • I had a very disappointing experience at Holiday Inn. Despite the weather outside being relatively cool and not even close to the hottest time of year, our room was unbearably stuffy and hot. The hotel provided us with only one small fan, which made little to no difference in improving the temperature. The heat became so uncomfortable that we were unable to rest properly, and the situation was especially difficult as we were travelling with an 8-month-old baby. In the end, the conditions were so unbearable that we had no choice but to check out a day early. This level of discomfort was unacceptable, and I expected much better in terms of basic room comfort and guest care.
