- • Dear Director, with this letter I inform you that I have selected your Hotel for my stay in Prato from the 14th to the 17th because it has a private parking (as described on Booking). Since there were Enel works scheduled for the 15th from 9 a.m., with vehicles that could have blocked access to your garage, I asked the reception for advice, and they suggested parking the car in an area in front of the hotel, which they said would be very quiet. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me, as I found my car on the morning of the 15th with a broken window (see attached invoice). This caused me great inconvenience, and instead of spending the day with my grandchildren, I had to spend a day of my vacation walking around Prato in the pouring rain looking for a glass repairman. Furthermore, I also want to inform you that room 202 is in conditions not suitable for a 4-star hotel, with a moldy ceiling (probably due to leaks) and walls that need repainting. Also, on the 15th, the room I left at 9 a.m. to look for a car glass repairman was found unclean and with the beds unmade. Is it possible that from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. when I returned, despite the green card (please make up the room), it was not cleaned? In light of this, it would be appropriate for me to receive adequate compensation, at least regarding the car repair. Best regards, Fabrizio Pellicciotti. This was the complaint email sent to the hotel director a week ago, to which I have not received any response to this day.
