- • The bathroom: the toilet lid was detached. They forgot the shower towels. The room was not very clean but livable. Breakfast was in a very small separate room and it was difficult to move around.

- • This hotel is SCANDALOUS. We arrived at the reception and they gave us the room key. An old and shaky elevator took us to the third floor. The corridor floor is completely peeling. The room was dirty, two beds WITH WHEELS, in the bathroom a shower with long black hair already in the shower tray. The toilet flush did not work. The sink drain did not work. When I went down to ask for a maintenance person, I was told that they could not do anything and they could not even change our room. Perfect I would say, customer care rating 0. In the morning for breakfast, you have to go outside the hotel. A very long line, dirty tables, and empty buffet, until I urged the only person present at breakfast to refill what was missing. Only one person to clean, serve, make coffee, and manage everything. Scandalous is a compliment, I would say the only solution is not to set foot there.
Disappointing hotel in a marvelous city
Hotel has no internal telephones. Unable to contact front desk. No iron in the hotel. Breakfast was very ordinary. I went only one day and didn’t return.
