- • The lack of politeness from the staff, it's like they are absent... I only received one 'hello' on the day of check-in. After that, NOTHING!!! The bathroom was full of moisture stains in the corners... what a shame! Basic continental breakfast (coffee, tea, sliced bread, butter, jams) with not-so-good orange juice. Tap water served in a pitcher with ice cubes.

Good stay
Hotel very well located just 10 minutes from Kyoto station, quite spacious room and very comfortable bed, despite different opinions I had no issues with bad odors related to the air conditioning. The staff is nice and every day towels and toothbrush are changed by the cleaning staff.

- • While the room was generally clean, the shower curtain was infested with mold and the bathroom wall was also stained, I sincerely think that by solving the cleanliness problems in the bathrooms, the hotel could gain prestige.
