There was a leak from the wash basin ( not expected ) and fixed quickly. The design of the sower is not good/ all the water enters the main floor of the bathroom. Makes it wet all over. The menu on the lunch hour could be more interesting. There are very less options. Staff ( all ) are excellent and very prompt

Very friendly and attentive staff. Granted it was a very quiet time of year, but staff were very good.

Alright so I stayed for about two weeks and had multiple issues. One was the fridge in the room it’s never cold it’s always warm so my drinks were warm. The ac aswell it was always hot in the room because the ac didn’t work well or reached towards the bed. The space in the room is limited and also the shower! The shower water constantly kept going warm to ice cold to Burning hot and it was hard to shower . Also felt really uncomfortable with the staff whenever I come down to the lobby I felt like I was being watched and followed and for valet it takes about 10-15 minutes for them to retrieve your car . Overall this stay was pretty mid I expected a lot more and was excited but it was a let down :/
