- • 1) The air conditioning that did not turn off and made it cold all night! 2) the bathtub plug did not work and did not close properly 3) There were no bath products, only in the shower and fixed to the wall, so it was impossible to use shampoo or soap in the bathtub 4) the most serious thing, an incredible smell from the nearby McDonald's in the entire corridor and in the room, nauseating, like being in the McDonald's kitchen, when pointed out they could not give us answers except to say that maybe they will renovate and hope to solve it.

- • You cannot have breakfast when it suits you, insufficient number of tables, you have to wait, it is simply impossible to understand in a 5-star hotel, dinner is awful, as if we are not in Italy:( I do not recommend half board.
